There are two airlines that offer flights to the Galapagos Islands:

AEROGAL



Offers flights from Quito and Guayaquil to San Cristobal on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. There are daily flights to Baltra.

Offers daily flights from Quito and Guayaquil to the islands of Baltra and San Cristóbal.

Access to Isabela is easier from the island of Baltra. If you arrive in Baltra you have two options:

1. Take a small light aircraft to Isabela using the services of EMETEBE. It is important that for this option you take the first flight with TAME or Aerogal in order to make the connection.

2. Take a bus from the airport to "Canal de Itabaca", there you will board a ferry, once across the canal there Hill be buses waiting to take you to Puerto Ayora. From the main boat dock in Puerto Ayora boats leave daily for Isabela at 14.00.

If you arrive on San Cristobal Island you will need to spend one night in Puerto Baquerizo. The next day you can travel by light aircraft using the services of EMETEBE to Isabela Island.
